Burnin up the highway!
I apologize that it has been so long since the last post. I'm doing just great; I've just been so busy with School/work/horses/more school, more work! I neglected to post my Friday video, so I will post a Monday video instead (too tired tonight!).
Well I've been riding harley quite a bit this week, in an effort to be prepared for Cloverdale, which is this weekend! Things have been going great with Harley. I think we're really making progress now.
On Friday I worked and had school too. I ended up just doing a half day of school, so tomorrow will be spent doing the other half of that day, since it is President's Day. I also have some catch-up work to do for my home-ec class. I will also be going to ride in the afternoon, so it promises to be a big day off!!
Today I had to go to Bloomington for an IjPHC Meeting at the Kallevig residence (shout out to Renee, Katie and family for use of their home this afternoon!). The meeting went well. The new officers are getting settled into their positions rather smoothly. We have to fund raise, fundraise, FUNDRAISE this year! So that was the majority of the meeting. If anyone is interested in donating to our club, please contact me! We are in some serious need of funds to pay for our trip to the APHA Youth World this year!
This week promises to be hectic from the get-go. Tuesday is back to school, and ride; Wednesday I have to work a full day (til 5), then I need to get my nails done for the show [I could do that Thursday morning, too... we'll see]. I guess I will have to allocate my school lessons for Wednesday to a different day. Then Thursday afternoon/evening we leave for CLOVERDALE! Woohoo! I cannot wait! The show is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... every class every day. So it should be a great opportunity for practice for TMM!
Well I have to get to bed to rest up for the week ahead.
