Wow-What a weekend!

Wow I'm torked off.  I tried to change the font in this post and it completely erased what I had!  So, I'm going to start over.  (sorry if I seem short.  I do that when I'm mad)

-------------------------------------------------

Well I slept in on Saturday since the hospital nights of 3-5 hours of sleep had finally caught up with me.  I went to ride Harley around 1, and words cannot describe how I felt.  Harley has come such a long way!  At the same time, we have SO much work to do before Cloverdale!  (Mainly ME!).  So I'm going to ride nearly every day before the show to prepare.  i have to get used to having my legs back further in order to give him the proper cues.  I don't have a lot of strength in my legs, so I find this task very hard.  I will get there though!  Harley was very well-behaved.  Any time he messed up could easily be attributed to pilot error .  I feel very confident that we will be able to get around the pen a couple times at Cloverdale to suffice .

On Sunday my brother, Steve and his wife, Jennifer came up, and Jennifer and I went to Kohl's for some girl time, while the boys messed around in the barn.  After we got back and Steve and Jen went home, I got to work on my website.  It was in serious need of some updates.  It's syncing now as I type... so it will be back online shortly.

I received the money for the scooter (to be donated to TMM), so I have to get that ordered sometime this week as well.  I am so excited that I was able to do this; I think it will be a wonderful prize!  Again, it will be awarded to the Highest Placing YOUTH in Senior Western Pleasure at the 2009 Tulsa March Mania.  Unfortunately I won't be able to compete, because Harley is a Junior horse for 2009!  Darn!  haha; hopefully it will be a big incentive for more entries, though.

Well that's all I know.  Tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day again, and Tuesday even more so.

Have a great week, God bless!!
